Our goal is for you to LOVE our products you receive! Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges, returns for refunds. If the wrong item was sent, we will send a replacement item upon receiving a photo of the item that was sent in error. If the item is unavailable, we will offer a comparable replacement item or refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged. We currently do not offer exchanges.
